Mourning with Hope

Help and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member or friend

What does it mean to fully grieve for your loved one? How is it possible to grieve with hope and in a way that will bring you healing and wholeness? Our hope is that this group will provide you a compassionate and safe place to explore these questions in a deeply personal, life-giving way.

Mourning with Hope is a 10-week support group for those dealing with the grief of having lost a loved one, led by caring people who have experienced grief and have successfully rebuilt their lives. They understand how you feel because they've been in the same place. They will walk with you on the long path through grief toward healing and hope for the future. Each session is "self-contained," so you are welcome to begin attending the group at any point.

Topics include:

Hope for the Journey
Acknowledging Your Loss
Understanding and Expressing Your Grief
Facing Anxiety and Fear
Encountering Grace in Guilt & Regret
Entrusting Your Anger to God
Singing Songs of Lament
Reviewing Your Grief Work
Wrestling with Suffering
