Andy Hayball

Andy is an entrepreneurial leader who longs to see the Church live up to its high potential and calling. Andy is a builder, and an architect of Kingdom strategies that advance the cause of Jesus and the Church.

Andy joined the Trinity staff in 2011, and has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Children’s Pastor, but for the past five years as Executive Pastor, managing the ministry and operations of the church with focus on aligning everything we do with our mission. Andy also leads our staff team of 25 people (full time, part time and volunteers) with vision, heart, and clarity. He has done all of this while navigating seasons of significant change and growth for the church.

Andy has a special ability of not only envisioning the future, but also seeing how to get there. Trinity’s move to becoming ‘one church in multiple locations’ and the completion of our Ministry Center in Cos Cob are examples of this in action.

Andy is a gifted leader, strategist, communicator, and teacher of the Bible. Prior to working at Trinity, Andy worked at several churches in the U.K. Andy completed his seminary training at St. Paul’s Theological Center and the London School of Theology.

Above all, Andy is passionate about the presence of God, and sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit. Andy sees the potential in each person, believes in the power of the Gospel to change lives, and in the incredible capacity and role of the local church to effect change in our world.

Andy is married to Chelle who serves in a number of volunteer capacities at Trinity including the leadership of our Uganda mission trips and as a prayer minister. They love to lead teams and groups together.
