Alpha Online is a series of group conversations that explore life, spirituality and faith through a Christian lens. The non-judgmental and open environment makes it easy for anyone who is an atheist, skeptic or just curious about faith to explore questions of life with new friends.

Alpha is a worldwide phenomenon. It's found in over 169 countries, in 112 languages and in churches of all denominations. In the last year, there were 84,000 Alpha Courses in 41,000 locations across the globe. More than 29 million people have taken this opportunity to explore the meaning of life. Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the Christian faith. Each talk looks at a different question around faith and is designed to create conversation. Regardless of your experience with faith or background, everyone is welcome.

 

Alpha is for anyone who’s curious. The talks are designed to encourage conversation and explore the basics of the Christian faith in a friendly, open and informal environment. No question is out of bounds and you are free to discuss as much or as little as you wish.

People attend from all backgrounds, religions, and viewpoints. They come to investigate questions about the existence of God, the purpose of life, the afterlife, the claims of Jesus and more. Some people want to get beyond religion and find a relationship with God that really changes life. Others come for the close, long-lasting friendships that are built during the Alpha Course. Some guests have never been to church; others may have attended church occasionally but feel they have never really understood the basics of the Christian faith. Everyone is welcome.

Of course! Come to the first week or two just to see if you might like Alpha, then come to the rest of the weeks as you find them helpful. At any point, if you think Alpha isn’t for you, that’s not a problem. There’s no pressure, no follow up and no charge.
